With requirements:
- Holding valid certificate as per STCW 2010 All document and certificate should be valid minimum 12 months.
- Should have experience with same rank and type of vessel
- Having experience with mixed nationality
- Having foreign Going Vessel 2 years or more
- Have Seaman Book Belanda
