Job Description
Y-Ships is currently recruiting experienced Able Seamen (AB) to join Multipurpose AHTS and Pusher Tug vessels operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, navigational watchkeeping, towing, anchor handling, mooring, cargo handling, and general vessel maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
Perform deck and navigational watchkeeping duties.
Assist with towing and anchor-handling operations.
Participate in mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work.
Maintain ropes, wires, tools, and deck equipment.
Assist with lifting and rigging activities where qualified.
Participate in emergency drills and toolbox talks.
Follow company HSE procedures and offshore safety standards.
Requirements
Valid Able Seaman Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Previous AB experience on AHTS, Pusher Tug, OSV, or similar vessels preferred.
Offshore or towing experience is an advantage.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
