Job Description
Y-Ships is recruiting an experienced Second Officer to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating on offshore projects worldwide.
The successful candidate will support safe navigation, bridge watchkeeping, passage planning, navigational equipment maintenance, and offshore deck operations.

Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties.
Prepare and maintain passage plans.
Maintain navigational charts, publications, and records.
Monitor bridge, navigation, and communication equipment.
Assist with towing, anchor-handling, mooring, and offshore support operations.
Support emergency drills and safety management activities.
Maintain accurate bridge documentation.
Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, ISM Code, and company procedures.
Requirements
Valid Second Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Previous experience as Second Officer on AHTS, Pusher Tug, OSV, or similar vessel preferred.
Offshore or towing experience is an advantage.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong navigational and safety awareness.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
