Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Officer in all deck operations
- Ensure safe navigation and watchkeeping
- Supervise deck crew and assist in training
- Maintain and update navigational charts and publications
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 2nd Officer on offshore vessels
- Proficiency in navigational and communication equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
