Job Requirements:
- Valid STCW II/1 Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate
- DP Advanced or Unlimited certificate
- Experience as a 2nd Officer on offshore vessels, preferably PSVs
- Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive and safety-conscious mindset
