- Valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) certificate of competency.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a 2nd Officer on offshore vessels.
- Proficiency in navigational and cargo handling equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
