Requirements
Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency
STCW certificates relevant to rank
Valid medical certificate
Experience on jack-up or wind installation vessels preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Eligibility to work in USA waters
Good English communication skills
