Job Description:
Cascade Maritime Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Second Engineer onboard a 1900 GRT Iranian-flagged Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD). The Second Engineer is responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer in managing the engine room and ensuring the smooth operation of vessel machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and maintaining main and auxiliary machinery
• Assisting in planned and corrective maintenance
• Supervising engine room ratings
• Keeping engine room logs and reports
• Supporting dredging machinery operations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• English proficiency
• Prior experience on dredgers or similar vessels preferred
