A leading maritime company is seeking an experienced Second Engineer to join its Towing Tug Boat fleet for immediate deployment.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations, maintenance programs, machinery performance, and technical compliance onboard.
Responsibilities
Assist in engine room management
Maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
Perform routine inspections and maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
MEO Class IV (NCV) / SGED
Minimum 1 year experience in rank
Previous tug or towing vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
