Y-Ships is seeking an experienced Second Engineer to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical activities onboard.

Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer with engine-room management.
Perform engineering watchkeeping duties.
Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance and repairs.
Monitor machinery performance and identify defects.
Assist with troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain engineering records and technical documentation.
Participate in emergency drills and safety inspections.
Follow company HSE, ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements.
Requirements
Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Previous experience as Second Engineer on AHTS, Pusher Tug, OSV, or similar vessel.
Offshore towing or anchor-handling experience is an advantage.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong technical and safety awareness.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
