OOS International is recruiting an experienced Second Engineer to support the Chief Engineer with safe engine room operations, maintenance, and technical management onboard an Accommodation Vessel.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with engine room operations and engineering management
• Supervise maintenance and repair activities
• Monitor propulsion and auxiliary machinery
• Perform troubleshooting and technical inspections
• Maintain planned maintenance records
• Support emergency response and safety procedures
Requirements
• Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency
• Previous offshore vessel engineering experience preferred
• Experience on accommodation or construction vessels is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid medical and offshore safety certificates
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Strong technical and maintenance skills
• Good English communication skills
