- Holding valid STCW certificates
- Minimum 2 years of sea service in the engine department recorded in logbook
- Previous experience on PSV or offshore support vessels is highly preferred
- Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety Training, Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, etc.)
- Good English communication skills
- All certificates and travel documents must be up to date
- Loyal, committed, and highly motivated
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a European crew environment
