Job Description
A reputable offshore company is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer for long-term deployment onboard a Jack Up Vessel operating in the United Kingdom.
The selected candidate will support engine room management, machinery maintenance, and offshore technical operations while ensuring compliance with international maritime and offshore safety standards.
This position offers guaranteed monthly earnings and 5 years of guaranteed work for qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer in daily engine room operations
Monitor and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
Perform planned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures
Maintain engine room records and technical documentation
Support safe and efficient offshore vessel operations
Requirements
UK Right to Work is mandatory
Valid STCW certification package
Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) as 2nd Engineer
Previous Jack Up Vessel or offshore experience preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong technical and safety awareness
