Augustea International Crews is currently recruiting an experienced Second Engineer to join a Barge, Tug Boat, or Crew Boat operating on international and offshore projects.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Engineer with engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of all engineering systems onboard.

Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer in managing engine-room operations.
Perform engineering watchkeeping duties.
Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance and repairs.
Monitor machinery performance and identify technical defects.
Assist with troubleshooting and breakdown repairs.
Maintain engine-room records and technical documentation.
Participate in emergency drills and safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with company HSE, ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements.
Requirements
Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW certification package.
Previous experience as Second Engineer on Barge, Tug Boat, Crew Boat, or similar vessel.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid passport and seaman's book.
Good English communication skills.
Strong technical and safety awareness.
Ability to work effectively within a multinational crew.
Ready to join according to vessel requirements.
