Job Description:
OAMS is recruiting an experienced 2nd Engineer to join AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessels. The successful candidate will support the Chief Engineer in managing engine room operations, maintenance activities, and technical systems onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Chief Engineer with engine room operations
• Maintain propulsion systems, machinery, and auxiliary equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor machinery performance and technical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
• Previous experience onboard AHTS, Supply, or Diving Vessels preferred
• Valid Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch Certificate
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Good knowledge of marine engineering systems
• Good English communication skills
• Strong technical and safety awareness

• Vessel Type: AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessel
• Contract Duration: 4 months ON / 30 days OFF (Unpaid)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
