We are currently recruiting an **experienced Second Engineer** to join an **Anchor Handling Tug (AHT)** operating offshore **Guyana**.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Engineer in all technical and maintenance operations, ensuring the vessel’s machinery runs efficiently and safely in accordance with international and company standards.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot main and auxiliary machinery systems.
• Assist in daily engine room operations, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise oil and fuel transfer operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and pollution prevention procedures.
• Record daily engine room data and assist with maintenance reports.
• Support Chief Engineer in spare parts management and documentation.
**Requirements:**
• Valid **STCW III/2 Second Engineer CoC**.
• Minimum **2 years’ experience** as Second Engineer onboard **AHT / Offshore Support Vessels**.
• Valid **STCW Certificates, Seaman Book, Medical, and Passport**.
• Good command of English and solid mechanical knowledge.
• Previous **Caribbean or South American region** experience is an advantage.
