Relevant certifications and licenses for plumbing and electrical work, including knowledge of offshore safety regulations.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to address complex plumbing and electrical challenges in an offshore environment.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and independently.
Understanding of asset management principles and a commitment to upholding high standards of accommodation maintenance.
