The 1st Mate assists the Captain in navigation, watchkeeping, cargo operations, and safety management. The position involves supervising deck crew and supporting offshore supply and standby operations.
Requirements
Valid USCG Mate License
Previous OSV or offshore vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates and U.S. medical
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Ability to stand navigational watches
