Salary: 2700 euros (with an equal share of tips!)
- Leave: 77 days (usually taken in two ‘chunks’ of 5 weeks and 6 weeks at a time, at the end of each charter season)
- Bonus: 13th month, which increases by one month's salary each year you’re onboard to promote longevity
