Service Stew - Private Estate - The Cotswolds - Work/Life Balance
- Must have a wealth of service knowledge and experience on yachts or within private households. You will be part of a small service team, reporting into the Assistant Butler and Head Butler.
- Salary will be discussed at interview stage and depends on experience.
- The work schedule will see a 5-day working week with flexibility required to work 2 weekends a month on a rota basis. This said, you will still receive two consecutive days off a week. Hours will be 40 hours per week. Providing a wonderful opportunity for work/life balance.
- Staff will be given the UK standard leave package of 28 days off a year as well as the 2 days given each week.
