Experience and attributes required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience – Could be a strong 2nd ready to step up to Chief
* Excellent service skills
* Great communication, organisational and leadership skills
* Italian speaking a strong plus Documents required:
* Food & Hygiene Level 2
* STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
* Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferable)

Non smoker/no visible tattoos
