Package salary paid in Euros – 176 days leave per year
The 2nd stew is working closely with the chief stewardess and her duties and responsibilities are extensive with regards to team leadership and administrative preparation.
Desired attributes include:
2 years’ minimum experience on a 50m+ yacht as Chief Stewardess or as 2nd Stewardess 90m+.
Confident to lead, guide, motivate and teach a team of 20+
Experience with inventories, Orders, Suppliers/Contractors, invoicing/purchase orders etc
Clear and concise in instruction and full of energy and focus with a strong task focused work ethic.
Confident in Guest facing situations is a must. High standards of service
Experience working on elite vessels with high quality service
Overseeing daily maintenance of the boat and provisioning etc.
Experience with inventories, Orders, Suppliers/Contractors, invoicing/purchase orders etc
Excellent spoken and written English and strong computer literate
