Job Description
Kingsalman Mandiri is recruiting an experienced Pumpman to join its Oil / Chemical Tanker (Approx. 26,000 GRT, Liberia Flag) fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring cargo pumping systems, pipelines, valves, and associated equipment while ensuring safe cargo transfer operations in compliance with international tanker safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Operate cargo pumps and cargo transfer systems
Monitor cargo loading, discharge, and tank cleaning operations
Maintain cargo pipelines, valves, and pumping equipment
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Assist with ballast and stripping operations
Ensure compliance with HSE, ISGOTT, MARPOL, and company procedures
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Maintain accurate cargo operation records
Requirements
Indonesian Seafarer
Minimum 3–4 contracts as Pumpman on Oil / Chemical Tankers
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid BOCT certificate
BST (MSC 560 version)
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Documents valid for at least 18 months
Very good English communication skills
