Job Description:
CSM Indonesia is recruiting experienced Pumpmen to join Crude Oil Tankers operating on international routes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting cargo operations, maintaining cargo pumps and related systems, and ensuring safe handling of crude oil cargo operations according to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate and maintain cargo pumps and associated equipment
• Assist with crude oil loading and discharge operations
• Monitor cargo equipment performance
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance of cargo systems
• Support tank cleaning and cargo preparation activities
• Follow tanker safety procedures and pollution prevention regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank onboard Crude Oil Tankers
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid tanker training certificates as required
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Previous crude oil tanker cargo operation experience required
• Good knowledge of cargo systems and pump operations
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and operational discipline
