Job Description
Vasundhara Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Pumpman to join Aframax, Suezmax, and VLCC Tankers operating on international trading routes.
The successful candidate will operate, inspect, maintain, and repair cargo pumping systems, pipelines, valves, and cargo equipment while ensuring safe cargo transfer operations in accordance with international tanker safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced tanker Pumpmen.
Job Responsibilities
Operate cargo pumps and ballast systems
Monitor cargo loading and discharge operations
Inspect pipelines, valves, and manifolds
Perform maintenance of cargo pumping equipment
Assist during tank cleaning operations
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with tanker safety procedures and company HSE policies
Maintain operational readiness of cargo systems
Requirements
Previous experience as Pumpman onboard Aframax, Suezmax, or VLCC Tankers
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of tanker cargo systems
Excellent safety awareness
Physically and medically fit for sea service
