- Holding valid certificate as per STCW 2010 All document and certificate should be valid minimum 18 months.
- Should have experience with same rank and type of vessel
- Having experience with mixed nationality
- Having foreign going container vessel minimum 36 months
- Well English
- Better have USA VISA
- Have VLCC, OC, CT, LPG, LNG experience or one, and GRT over 5000
- Better have with CHINA crews together working experience
