PT Jasa Internasional Maritim is recruiting an experienced Oiler to join a Bulk Carrier Vessel operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist the engineering department with machinery monitoring, maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and general engine room operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of machinery
Perform routine engine room rounds and inspections
Assist with lubrication and cleaning of machinery
Support maintenance and repair activities
Maintain engine room equipment and working areas
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Follow engine room HSE and operational requirements
Requirements
Indonesian seafarer
Previous experience as an Oiler
Previous experience onboard Bulk Carrier vessels
Valid certificates and qualifications required for the position
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew
