WestCrew Marine Services Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced Motorman to join VLCC and Gas Tanker vessels of 35,000 GT and above operating in the Persian Gulf.
The successful candidate will assist the engineering department with machinery operation, routine maintenance, engine room watchkeeping, and equipment repairs while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Assist engineers with engine room operations and maintenance
Perform routine inspection and lubrication of machinery
Monitor pumps, generators, compressors, and auxiliary equipment
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the engine room
Assist during repairs and planned maintenance activities
Follow company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Support safe and efficient vessel operations
Requirements
Ghanaian nationality only
Previous Oil Tanker and Gas Tanker experience (mandatory)
Vessel experience on ships of 35,000 GT and above
Valid STCW Certificates
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
