Requirements:
Valid “Master all ships” certificate and associated STCW documents.
Demonstrable experience as captain on cargo ships with complex lifting facilities.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
Willing to work in a rotation schedule of 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
