Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Master Mariner to lead the vessel’s operations during and after the takeover of a Gearless Bulk Carrier. The ideal candidate will ensure safe navigation, efficient cargo handling, and full compliance with ISM and international maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overall command and responsibility for vessel safety, crew management, and navigation.
• Oversee cargo operations, stability, and ballast control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and international maritime law.
• Lead and train the ship’s officers and crew.
• Maintain operational and safety efficiency across all departments.

Requirements:
• Valid White COC (Master Unlimited) – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Master on Bulk Carriers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Valid STCW certificates, seafarer medical, and passport.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
