Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the vessel's operations, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the vessel's operations
- Monitor and maintain the vessel's safety and security systems
- Communicate effectively with shore-based management and other stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to the crew members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Master (CPT) on a Chemical Tanker vessel
- Valid Master (CPT) license issued by a recognized flag state
- Proficient in English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations worldwide
- Familiarity with Marshall Islands flag regulations is preferred
