PACC Shipping Phils. Inc. is seeking an experienced Master to join its Bulk Carrier and Multi-Purpose Vessel fleet.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, crew management, cargo operations, voyage planning, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
Responsibilities
Command and operate the vessel safely
Manage navigation and voyage execution
Supervise cargo operations
Lead onboard crew and department heads
Ensure compliance with ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW requirements
Maintain safety and operational efficiency onboard
Requirements
Minimum 18 months onboard experience in rank on Bulk Carrier or MPV vessels
Valid Master Certificate of Competency (CoC)
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and management abilities
