Must have at least 12 months of sea service onboard international trade Product Tanker on present rank. • For OFFICERS and ETO's must have BTOCT, ATOT and ATCT COP.
For RATINGS must have BTOCT COP. • Must have a Valid US Visa (RC1/D type).
