Qualification:
- Must have at least 9 months experience on rank
- 12 months for deck and engine senior officers experience
- With polar water certificates for deck officers
- Last sea service was at least 2020 onwards
- Pref. With valid US visa
- Must have the latest appraisal report with outstanding performance
