- Holding valid certificate as per STCW 2010. All document and certificate should be valid minimum 12 months.
- Deck Hands must be have Powerboat Lisence.
- Should have experience with same rank and type of vessel.
- Having experience with mixed nationality.
- Having foreign going vessel minimum 24 months.
