PT Jasa Internasional Maritim is recruiting an experienced ETR (Electro-Technical Rating) to join a Bulk Carrier Vessel operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist with electrical and electronic systems, routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the supervision of the vessel’s engineering and electrical personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment
Support inspection and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Assist with lighting, alarms, control systems, and other electrical equipment
Carry out routine electrical maintenance as assigned
Maintain tools, equipment, and electrical work areas
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Follow vessel HSE and electrical safety procedures
Requirements
Indonesian seafarer
Previous experience as an ETR / Electro-Technical Rating
Previous experience onboard Bulk Carrier vessels
Valid electrical and maritime certificates required for the position
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew
