Job Description
Vasundhara Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join Aframax, Suezmax, and VLCC Tankers operating on international trading routes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the vessel's electrical, electronic, automation, communication, and control systems while ensuring reliable operation of all onboard electrical equipment.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced ETOs with previous tanker vessel experience.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain electrical generation and distribution systems
Troubleshoot automation and control systems
Maintain cargo monitoring and alarm systems
Service communication and navigation electronics
Perform preventive electrical maintenance
Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as ETO onboard Aframax, Suezmax, or VLCC Tankers
Valid Electro-Technical Officer Certificate of Competency
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of electrical and automation systems
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Physically and medically fit for sea service
