The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience on a similar size vessel. We are looking for someone who has a passion for water sports, is confident in exterior maintenance and general deck duties. As well has being proactive, motivated and hardworking. Preferably candidates already located in the US or Caribbean
