50m motor yacht looking for a lead deckhand. We are searching for someone with a positive and outgoing personality who can interact well within a friendly and dynamic team. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in the industry and as a minimum hold a Yachtmaster. You will be required to step into the bosun position while he is on leave. Therefore you will need to be confident of running the deck. On offer is a competitive salary with 3:1 rotation. Currently based in the South of France
