Job Description:
Crew & Ship Management Intl. Inc. is seeking a 2nd Cook for a Bulk/Container Carrier Vessel. The 2nd Cook will assist the Chief Cook in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining the galley.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Cook in preparing meals for the crew.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and dining areas.
Manage food storage and inventory.
Follow safety and health regulations in food preparation.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Previous experience as a Cook on a Bulk/Container Carrier Vessel is a plus
Proficiency in English communication
