Requirements for application:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess within the yachting industry, showcasing proven expertise in leadership and service excellence.
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and management, with a track record of inspiring and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with guests and crew members alike.
