Assist the Master in navigation, cargo operations, and deck management.
Responsible for cargo planning, stability, and ballasting.
Supervise deck crew and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid Chief Officer license (STCW).
Advanced Tanker endorsement.
12 months sea experience in rank.
Good English proficiency.
