• Oversee daily deck operations, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Manage navigation, cargo operations, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
• Act as a leader and mentor to the deck crew

• Valid Chief Officer certification and relevant licenses
• Experience on Bulkcarriers (highly preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
