PACC Shipping Phils. Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join its Bulk Carrier and MPV fleet.
The successful candidate will supervise deck operations, cargo handling, vessel maintenance, and safety management while assisting the Master in vessel administration.
Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew and cargo operations
Manage cargo loading and discharge activities
Maintain safety equipment and deck machinery
Conduct drills and safety inspections
Assist with vessel management and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 18 months onboard experience in rank on Bulk Carrier or MPV vessels
Valid Chief Officer CoC
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
