- Holding valid certificate as per STCW 2010 All document and certificate should be valid minimum 18 months.
- Age below 45 years
- Must be have 3 years more the bulk carrier ship experience in the near time.
- The service vessel GRT need over 10000T.
-Should have experience with same rank and type of vessel
- Having experience with mixed nationality
- Having foreign going vessel minimum 36 months
