HOS/HOH position on a 120m+.
Starting on the 1st of April in the Med.
Permanent Position.
Leave: 121 days per year (4 month on/2 month off)
The candidate will be responsible for managing operations of Housekeeping and Service department and will rotate between Head of Housekeeping for 2 months (20 team members including 4 laundrymen), Head of Service for 2 months (9 team members) followed by leave for 2 months.
This role requires someone with very high skills and standards of Housekeeping and Service, who can maintain these standards during long, busy boss trips with over 100 guests on board. We are looking for someone who is computer literate, with a lot of experience with Microsoft office and basic accounting. A huge part of the role is HR; ensuring the team is well informed, well trained, happy and challenged in their jobs.
