Currently located in France, cruising Italy, France and Croatia
Salary: €5000 net per month
Responsibilities
- Cooking for a family of 6 guests up to 3 meals per day including buffet style and plated dishes.
- Working alongside the captain to ensure the boat is well maintained and the family are catered for.
- Menu planning and provisioning for when guests and family members are onboard.
- The family have dietaries and the captain will brief you on their desired food
- Charter guest menu's can be as creative as requested
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a chef onboard a similar sized yacht.
- A chef who can cook healthy salads, both plated and buffet style.
- Someone who is able to cook for up to 6 guests with a selection of meal preferences.
- A chef with experience cooking family style food such as: Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian.
- Someone who is able to assist the captain with occasional anchoring, deck duties and general cleanliness of the lounge area
- A chef who is willing to work, who is open minded
- Must have experience working on a yacht
- Must be able to provision
Package:
- Start date: May 2023 until October 2023
- Travel expenses paid for: Flights and Taxi
- Accommodation: Cabin onboard the yacht (shared)
- Charter and private guests on board from April until October 2023
