Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Assistant Baker / Junior Baker onboard a Cruise ship or a 5 star resort
Bakery school qualification
Extensive knowledge of food handling procedures with regard to public health standards
Excellent understanding of food specifications and bakery techniques
