* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Captain on board 30m+ yachts
* Dynamic, energetic and leads by example with positive attitude
* Good Knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea
* Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
* Solid yachting background
* Excellent administration/accounting skills
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum Master 200
* STCW certificates (all updated)
* Seafarers’ Medical Certificate
* Seaman’s Discharge Book
