Marina Cakrawala Talenta (MCT) is urgently recruiting an experienced Bosun to join a VLCC fleet operating on international trade routes.
The vessel may operate through High Risk Areas (HRA), particularly the Strait of Hormuz. The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings, support tanker deck operations, and ensure safe maintenance and cargo-related activities onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise deck ratings and coordinate daily deck activities
• Assist with cargo, mooring, anchoring, and maintenance operations
• Maintain deck equipment and ensure safe working practices
• Support tanker safety procedures and pollution-prevention measures
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety meetings
Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality
• Minimum relevant experience as Bosun onboard VLCC vessels
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months remaining validity
• Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good command of English
• Experience working with multinational crews
• Willingness to transit High Risk Areas, particularly the Strait of Hormuz
• Ready to join as soon as possible

• SOH Inbound Transit: 3 months’ full salary
• SOH Outbound Transit: 3 months’ full salary
